IBM

How cool is it to be able to say that - while I was based in Sydney I worked with IBM on their relaunch into Personal Computing.

'PS/1 - the friendly one.'

We worked to popularise terms like 'plug and play' (new terms back then) through merchandising and product communication and the team at IBM were awe inspiring to work with. I remember the product demonstrations were just so mind blowing. Fractals made with Mandelbrot sets, machines running IBM's OS2 that were so much more performant than anything else on the market. A lot of the time it was simply amazing just to be in the room.
