Aeroplane

Aeroplane is a legendary Australian brand which will have existed for 100 years in 2027 - an absolutely amazing achievement. We were privileged to work with them on packaging design for the Jelly range and New Product Development for Desserts for 10 years. This is a brand that is dear to my heart because it is full of wonder and joy and brings fun to families at a time when such things can be in short supply.

A heritage brand of this magnitude requires enormous care. The brand is beloved across generations; it evokes childhood wonder, family kitchens, and nostalgia. When updating packaging or introducing new dessert formats, the challenge is keeping the warmth and recognizability of the classic identity while modernizing appetite appeal and shelf presence against contemporary grocery competitors.

We designed the Sweet Treats dessert mix packaging—introducing rich color systems, dynamic typography, and mouth-watering product photography that attracted modern families while honoring the iconic Aeroplane spirit. Happy 100th Birthday - Aeroplane for 2027!
